The TV will not have been used for any longer then 28 days from new and will have very low hours usage on the panel. 

Tested and refurbished and in good condition with minor blemishes: Minor polystyrene blemishes located on the mid section of the screen. These can only normally be seen when the screen is turned off and the light reflects off them from a certain angle. They normally do not affect any general watching from a normal viewing distance and will not worsen over time.  (Please see pictures)
POLYSTYRENE BLEMISH

A polystyrene blemish is caused when the polystyrene packaging inside the TV box, rubs against the screen during transit. This ‘wears away’ a layer of the polarising (anti-reflection) film on the surface of the screen to leave a slightly shiny mark. This is mainly seen when the TV is switched off and is not usually visible when watching a normal moving picture.  This does not affect the pixels/ panel behind and will not worsen with time.

For items in this range, we partner with a trusted pallet courier known for its speed and care. Your order will be dispatched using their pallet delivery service, ensuring safe and timely arrival.


🏡 Kerbside Pallet Delivery

Delivery is to the kerbside only. Couriers are not able to assist in moving the goods indoors, upstairs, or to a specific room. The pallet will be unloaded at the nearest accessible point to your property.

It is important that you arrange assistance on the day of delivery if required.


⏱ Delivery Timescale

  • Pallet deliveries usually take 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery Date: When placing your order, please leave a note at checkout or contact us via message or email. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date. If we cannot meet it, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
  • Delivery Window: Deliveries typically occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Special Delivery: Options such as Saturday delivery or specific time slots are available on request for an additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order for details.
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Our pallet delivery service covers mainland UK addresses. If you are located in remote or offshore areas, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to confirm delivery availability and any additional costs.

🧾 Receiving the Delivery

An adult must be present to receive and sign for the goods. Please check the item carefully for visible damage before signing. If any damage is visible, sign as “Damaged” and contact us immediately.

  • Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery charge from the courier.
  • Delivery is available to mainland UK only. For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or offshore addresses, please contact us prior to purchase.
  • Any issues or visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Changing the delivery address after dispatch may incur an additional fee. Please ensure all details are correct before your order is shipped.
