Deliveries can take place at any time between 8am and 7pm. We can not allocate customers exact time slots with our next day delivery service. If your delivery fails the courier will try again the next working day. However if it fails again the item will be stored in the depot for 4 days before the items are returned back to us. There is a charge which will be deducted from the refund which is the amount that we are charged from our courier. There is also a charge if you would want the item re-delivered again.
