Suitable for all hob types, including induction, this lighter weight Stoven wok features a flattened base, so the wok remains stable whilst in constant contact with the heat source. As well as creating classics such as pad thai, stir frys, chow mein and dan dan noodles, a wok is an extremely versatile addition to any kitchen and can be used for braising, making soups and sauces and for deep frying and steaming.

This Stoven carbon steel wok requires seasoning before using it for the first time (full instructions included). Once properly seasoned and cared for, the wok will build up a natural patina over time that provides a practically non-stick surface.

This Stoven standard gauge carbon steel wok features a solid rubberwood handle which stays cool during use and enables the wok to be shaken and moved around during cooking.

Not suitable for washing in a dishwasher. Hand wash with water and a mild detergent and dry well.
