This has been stored for decades the box is very rough and the muffler itself has scratches, dust and dirt from storage, the inside I am sure has dust and such in it too. The station that this came from had a bunch of old IH tow trucks so this may be what it’s for otherwise I have no idea, sold as is and shipping to the lower 48 only, no PO Boxes please. Thanks
