Stylishly fades from fully black at the top to clear at the bottom
Provides protection from sun glare
Self cling - Easy to Fit & Remove
Approximate size: 120cm (48') wide x 10cm (4') deep.
Helps with eyes squinting when driving when the sun is especially low.
Fitting Instructions:
- Thoroughly clean the inside of the windscreen using methylated spirit. - Although the strip can be applied dry, it is recommended to wet the surface of the screen with water containing a small amount of washing up liquid. Spray or sponge this solution to the top of the windscreen. - If you are mounting the strip on a front windscreen which has a screen mounted rear view mirror, you will need to cut an appropriate sized hole in the strip. - Remove the backing paper from the Sun Strip. - Place the strip on the top of the screen and ensure that the side against the glass is the one which was against the backing paper. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. - Draw a rubber squeegee or clean cloth across the strip from the centre to each end, forcing out air bubbles and any excess water. - Trim and cut off all except 2.5cm (1”) of the surplus length at each end with a sharp instrument, but trim to a perfect fit about 24 hours after fitting (there may be slight shrinkage).
