Return delivery

Return delivery is included in the purchase price, and the service used will be Royal Mail Tracked 48. You need to cover the postage to get the device to us. We aim to use the same packaging for return, so please pack your console securely.

Warranty

Included is 12 months warranty on the work we carry out. Unfortunately, this doesn't cover accidental damage.

Please note that not  all consoles can be repaired, and if this is the case with your console, then a full refund will be issued, no questions asked!  If the console has had a previous repair attempt and we can't fix your console, then a full refund minus £4.99 return shipping will be issued. We have a higher success rate of repair if the console has never been worked on before.
