30 day returns - returns must be sent back in the same condition (new DVD is returned as new and used DVD is returned as it was originally listed) for processed refund and return shipping cost is paid by the buyer. NOTE: If item is returned to sender due to a wrong address, or missing address information, then the buyer is responsible for the initial shipping cost. This shipping cost will either be deducted from a potential refund, upon receiving the item back, or charged if item is to be re-sent.
Additionally DVDs will be shipped in paper sleeves for added protection of the disc during shipping.
