Ashley Pellet Stove Burn Pot (Bay Front AP5660L/PE). The burn pot is designed to allow a specific amount of air to flow to the pellets. That air allows the pellets to ignite and burn properly. It is important that you clean and inspect the burn pot regularly. If you notice any cracks forming or warping , the burn pot should be replaced.
