[Synopsis]
On her 12th birthday, Princess Mint of the Magic Kingdom is forced to set off on a journey to train as a "Magical Angel" as per royal custom.

Mint, who ends up spending her time at her father's older sister Aunt Herb's shop, "The Happiness Shop," in the human world, spreads the seeds of happiness to those in need, and brings true happiness to people.
Accompanied by his gluttonous companion Waffles, he transforms with a magical wand and bracelet that possesses mysterious powers, and scatters toppings of happiness to restore the color of the flowers blooming in the rainbow-colored valley of the magical land.
