Limited Warranty Coverage:
- Duration of Warranty: This limited warranty is valid for a period of 10 Years from the date of purchase.
- Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. It includes, but is not limited to, issues related to the door panel, frame and hardware.
- Finish Warranty: Our door finishes are warrantied against peeling, blistering, or corroding under normal use for a period of 1 Year. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, exposure to harsh weather conditions, or improper maintenance.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modification, or acts of nature. This warranty is void for any installation without proper overhang. Any alteration to the product without prior written approval from NOVA Hardware will void this warranty.
- Claim Procedure: In the event of a warranty claim, please go to our website and fill out a warranty claim form first, then contact our customer service department. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Upon approval, NOVA Hardware will repair or replace the defective part or product.
- Labor and Installation: This warranty covers only the replacement or repair of defective parts and does not include any labor or installation costs.

- Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the product unless the original owner’s information can be verified and found in our database.
- Limitation of Liability: NOVA Hardware shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product.
- Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of New Jersey, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
- This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for INOX & Royal Exterior Doors. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are made, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
