Process:

When you have purchased your item, you will need to leave a direct message once you place your order. You will need to let us know what you would like written word for word (as we copy and paste), the colour (if applicable) and the font number which you can find in the listing (if applicable). This will help us do a demo design for you which is the next step.

If you have purchased something with many individual items, example names or pens this may not fit in the ‘add to personalisation’ box – please send us a message with the wording you need.

DEMO Design: 

You will receive a demo design picture (in black) which you will need to confirm before we start the cutting process, However if we do NOT receive a respond within 24 hours after the demo design has been sent – the item will be cut and sent with first demo design.
