the buckle is broken but it still works fine, no issues, holds just fine. the charging port cover is missing. the plastic nubs on the collar are glued in, so it ONLY vibrates/beeps, it does not have the ability to shock (great for safety!). The remote works as it should, and if it had the metal probes it would shock, but since the probes are plastic, vibrate/beep is all that it does. see photos for details and measurements.
