Considerations:

We highly recommend you purchase a moisture meter. Ensuring the tobacco moisture is between 12% to 15% will prevent the electric injector from getting jammed. It is also important to learn how much product to use when filling your tubes. The machine can get jammed when too much tobacco is used to fill the tubes. Tobacco with moisture over 15% and using too much tobacco are the most common user mistakes.

 
- TOBACCO MOISTURE OVER 15% WILL VOID THE WARRANTY AND MAY DAMAGE THE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT (This is true for all electrical tobacco injector machines from all suppliers, not only from us).
- DO NOT BREAK Warranty Seal on machine as Warranty WILL BE VOID.
- DO NOT OPEN the machine in an attempt to fix any issues. This WILL VOID the warranty!
 
Warranty: 90 Days
Warranty does not include a replacement unit. A product under warranty will be fixed and sent back to the buyer free of charge.
 
We dont offer refunds for Machines, Once returned back your item will be fixed and shipped back out to you!!
 
The warranty only covers the electrical components and NOT mechanical. The mechanical systems in the machines work  perfectly fine before the machines are dispatched. Mechanical issues only arise from over stuffing the machines with product or using damp product.
