This is a rare Tiffin-Fransican Julia etched wine glass with an amber-honey stem that is in excellent condition. The glass is UV reactive (see pic) and glows bright green. Not likely uranium glass since it is clear in normal light--this is more likely to be an example of American Brilliant Cut glass.

This vintage piece is in excellent condition. There is one very tiny, hardly noticeable chip on the rim (shown). I see no other flaws.
