Lower Leg/Interval Service Kit/Fork Oil for Fox & Marzocchi Forks 

Note:  Motorex 4WT Fork Oil Now replaces Fox 5WT as per Fox Service Manual

Suits Fox Forks from Approximately 2015+ and current model Marzocchi Bomber Z1, Z2, DJ, Super Z and Bomber 58 Forks where Fox 20WT Gold, Fox 5WT or both Fluids are required to perform a lower leg service (Note: Dust Wipers are not included).

Kit Includes  - 

• 120ml Genuine Fox 20WT, 5WT or both Fork Oils (decanted from our bulk workshop stock)
• Foam Rings (Brand May vary depending on availability)
• 2 x 8mm Crush Washers (32mm Forks) or 1 x 8mm Crush Washer & 1 x 13mm Crush Washer (34/36/38/40 mm Forks)
• 60ML Syringe and Tube 
• Slickoleum Grease (for Lubricating Dust Wipers)
• Shop Towel for clean-up

This kit is perfect for riders looking for a cheaper alternative to buying the large bottles of Fox Fork Oil or for home mechanics wanting to perform their own lower leg services in between the recommended Major Service which is generally around 200 hours to ensure their forks are performing to their optimum or are replacing the Air Shaft and need to replace lower leg Oils as part of the service.

Fox Fit4 Forks & Marzocchi Z2 Generally require only 20WT Fork Oil and Grip + Marzocchi Z1/DJ/58 require both Fox 20WT + Motorex (Fox) 4WT.  Please refer to the Fox website to see which Fluid suits your Fork prior to ordering, if in doubt please contact us first.
