No refund will be supplied or return accepted if the buyer originally supplied the incorrect information.
If an item is engraved incorrectly please supply a photo of incorrect item so that it can be compared to the information originally supplied. Incorrectly engraved plates will be rectified and re-posted, they all come with a peel n stick backing, to remove incorrect plate use a pin in one of the corners.
