This is a Vintage collection of the NCSU school newspaper, The Technician, school year 1932-1933. It was printed and bound by my family commercial printing company, Edwards & Broughton, here in Raleigh. While these weekly newspapers have never been handled or read they are very fragile because of their age and the deterioration of the inexpensive paper used in newspaper printing of this type. I have seen paper edges chip and pages split. All are readable but it is my opinion that the new owner should seek a professional to preserve these papers if intended to be actively read and handled. I’m not sure why this book of papers is bowed on its bottom end. I believe that a book press or weights on this bowing part for some extended time will make it better. A professional should know. There is foxing on the front and back cover. The interior end sheets have aged darkened.
