Tips: When removing your flashlight’s screws, please be very careful. Because the factory screws are low carbon steel, it’s very easy to strip the head. Make sure your screwdriver tip is fairly new. Before attempting to remove screw, apply heat using the tip of soldering iron touching screw head. Heat up the screw for a good 10-15 seconds before using screwdriver. This will help to remove screws much easier.
