There is a steel bracket attached to the bag. (This steel will hold tighter than general racks that use belts and is strong and able to support weight. The manufacturer used to put in a large water tank weighing 6 liters)

The first step is just use a number 6 hexagon to tighten the 2 screws on the fender (if you screw it for the first time it may be difficult because the factory will put glue on every nut). Then take the steel bracket and attach it to the 2 nuts on the side of the fender. Remove steel bracket number 3 to secure the inside of the bag as shown in the attached picture.

Please remember that we are not a factory artisanry requires a little more time but the end result is definitely worth the wait. There might be a 5 to 7 business days preparation time between when the order is placed and shipping day.

Please contact us for a return instruction within 14 days from date of receipt, and refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it.

All returns must be approved by mail before you ship any item back to us. If you ship a without informing prior to shipping, the package will be refused returned to you.

Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged a minimum of 15% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorize your return.
