The sample vials supplied by Membrane Solutions are precisely designed, applied with expertise and in accordance with strict technical specifications. We also perform rigorous testing of dimensions such as polishing, OD and length – to ensure that each vial is exactly matched to the autosampler jaws and injection system. Our 2ml HPLC vials are made of high quality borosilicate glass and meet ASTM TYPEI ClassA and USP TYPE I standards.

Features:
1) Low Expansion Coefficient: 9mm Screw Thread Autosampler Vials are made of clear Type 1, Class A Borosilicate Glass with very low expansion coefficient. It shows excellent resistance to acidic and neutral solutions, due to its relatively low alkaline content even to alkaline solutions.
2) Atandard Universal Vials: Our HPLC sample vials is 12mm Diameter, 32mm Height, compatible with Agilent (1042, 1050, 1080, 1082, 1084, 1090, 1100, 5890, 6850, 6890, 7670A, 7671A, 7672, 7673A/B, 7683, 7890, 8042), Bruker (8100/8200, Marathon), Varian(Marathon), Waters, Thermo, etc.

4) Pre-slit PTFE/Silicone Septa: 2ml Amber/Clear GC sample vials included blue ABS Screw Cap & Septa (Red PTFE/White Silicone Liner). It is highly recommended to use pre-opening septa for Shimadzu, Hitachi and other autosamplers with finer needle specifications
5) Application: Standard Autosampler Vial for HPLC & GC Chromatography, sample vials can be used for high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography for reliable analysis results

Membrane Solutions 50mL Conical Centrifuge Tubes and Screw Cap
Centrifuge Tubes are designed for in vitro diagnostic use and intended for concentrating serum, urine, cerebrospinal fluid and other body fluid and other body fluids prior to analysis. Filter device is made from copolymer styrene/butadiene, and the membrane is made from low binding regenerated cellulose, and the filtrate tube is made from polypropylene.

Features:
1) High Quanlity Material: 15mL conical centrifuge tubes with High purity PP Material and Max.RCF: 9,400, it can Autoclavable at 121℃ and freezable to -80℃.

Product Description
Membrane Solutions 10mL vials-glass clear headspace vial crimp top, flat bottom. These vials are made of borosilicate glass of uniform thickness, flat bottom for even heat distribution, resistant to high and low temperatures. Size: 22.5*46mm, the vial mouth outer diameter is 20mm, 20 mm crimp seal finish are designed to fit most headspace autosampler.

Features:

High-Quality Materials: The glass vials is made of high-quality borosilicate glass and has a thicker design, can withstand high and low temperatures from -200°C to 200°C (-328°F to 392°F), can be refrigerated, heated and boiled, and is not easy to break after falling. Can be reused . Does not come with caps

Beveled Finish Vial : Reduced the amount of sealing surface between the crimp seal and the glass surface,Also A bevelled top Headspace Neck might be required for some special closure systems.

Flat Bottom Vial: when vials have to run within the instrument on a slightly downwards tendency and preferred for manual headspace autosamplers,Flat bottom maximizes heating efficiency.

Size: The diameter of the sample bottle body is 22.5mm, the diameter of the bottle mouth is 20mm, the height of the sample bottle is 46mm. The volume is 10ml and the wall thickness of the vial is 1mm.
