1-1/2" Morse Taper #4 Drill Bit — Nachi HSS — Reground & Recoated
OPENING DESCRIPTION
A production-grade Nachi drill. Each bit is individually reground on an Oliver 600 Drill Grinder to restore precise cutting geometry, then recoated with black oxide for chip flow and corrosion resistance. Units that needed it were web-thinned on an Oliver Point Thinner to reduce thrust pressure and extend edge life. Most tips are sealed with Dip Seal (a wax-based rust inhibitor) for storage and transit protection. These are not mass-ground lots — they're inspected and reconditioned one at a time.
