This beautiful vintage decorative plate was made in Limoges, France. This round porcelain plate features a painted multicolor flower theme and is 8.5 " in diameter. The plate is signed P&B Limoges France as well as Elite and France.

Gilding and painting in good shape. Plate is used but shows little wear.
