This is an exciting find     Museum quality   Extremely Rare Vintage Levi's Trucker Jacket Made For DOT ( Department of Transportation.) We called Levi's just to make sure this is authentic because it does not have red tag.  They said this is very rare. They didn't make many.   Runs  small.  25 inches long and 21 inches across the chest.  This would be a collector's item. Has inner pockets on both sides.  Has been washed as tag is worn a little.    No flaws at all. Perfect condition . One owner. Bought new.  Size Small.. could be men's or women's. Stars on buttons.
