The toy is in the original bubble on the card and the top half of the plastic is loose, but it is still attached on the bottom. There are some edges that are not perfect on the lower part of the card and a few creases up near the top. It has been kept in a Hot Wheels plastic protector for awhile and lays almost flat. The plastic has yellowed with time. We have not tried to clean the toy and it is sold as found. Please study photos they are part of the description.
