THE SUBJECT - Aeolus is a fascinating mythological figure who represents the god of the winds in Greek mythology. In ancient Greek culture, winds were considered powerful and unpredictable forces that affected people's daily lives.

The figure of Aeolus has been widely described in several literary and artistic works, making him one of the most recognizable gods in Greek mythology. In mythology, Aeolus was the guardian of the winds and had the power to calm or unleash storms according to his will.

His figure represents power and control over a natural element as important and influential as the wind. Its history is rich in symbolism and myths that explain the origin and role of the winds in the ancient world.

THE MATERIAL - Terracotta is made up of a clay mixture which is fired at a temperature of 980-990° C and has a reddish color thanks to the presence of ferrous substances. Resistant to frost at -30°C, to sudden changes in temperature and to salt water, over time it acquires a beautiful appearance on the surface where lichens and mosses can deposit, creating different textures and designs, which will make each object an even more exclusive piece. These characteristics make terracotta ideal for decorating and furnishing outdoor environments. However, its unmistakable touch is also widely used in refined interior environments with a rustic and retro taste. Furthermore, in more recent times, thanks to the rediscovery of all natural materials, there has been a recovery of terracotta also in the artistic field, in decorative objects and accessories that combine refinement and durability, modern design and ancient material.

THE PROCESSING - Each terracotta object is shaped by hand, with high relief workmanship. The creation requires precise processing times, drying at natural temperature, baking, cooling at natural temperature. The delivery of some items, if not available, can take approximately 20 days.
