Unless a listing specifically states that we ship that product to other destinations, our deliveries are UK mainland only, excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands and all offshore UK islands. Due to the limitations of our couriers, it may not be possible to ship certain products to the Scottish Highlands. Please contact us if you have any queries about surcharges before purchasing the item as your order will be cancelled if a surcharge occurs. We will only deliver to the address you have provided at the time of your purchase and we will not deliver to any other address under any circumstances.
If you change your mind about an item you’ve purchased from us, or you’re not satisfied with it, you can return it as long as it is in a resalable condition and in its original packaging. In the event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item from us, please let us know and we will try to replace it as quickly as possible. Please inform us of any returns request within seven working days of delivery. Please note that we can only issue a refund after the goods have been returned to us. Please request a returns form from us and include it in the package you are returning as this helps us to process refunds more quickly and efficiently. We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving returned items and these will be made via your original payment method. Most items come with a 12-month warranty and in the unlikely event that an item becomes faulty during that period, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Warranties are not applicable if parts are used on vehicles used for hire or reward.
