Please note, units have been verified having ASK keys in them if you try to program in the trunking section of the CPS, however, they were programmed and used by the county police and if you just try to flash without knowing proper way, it would ask for system keys and you need to know proper procedure to do it. Conventional comms can be programmed, not trunking and more advanced that you plug into a CPS software. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT JUST TO TRY, YOU WILL THEN TRY TO RETURN IT EXACTLY FOR THAT REASON - "UHM, UNABLE TO FLASH...."
