Replacement #12 grinder plate, reversible, with 1 flat edge. Fits most size #12 Butcher Boy grinders. The plate has 3/4" (19.05 mm) holes, 3/4" allowing free flow of meat to push through resulting in a more visually appealing product. Works great for 1st Grind Chili.
