This is for an original watercolor of the New Orleans city by T.S. Driskell.  Though the painting is not dated, this artist did much of the art between the 1950s and 1960s.  There is some moisture and water damage to the mat around the painting, though there seems to be no damage to the artwork itself.  There is also a small scrape to the mat as shown in the pictures.  This artwork comes unframed, but does include the mat, which has handwriting on it.
