The actual iconic cardigan Kurt wore on the famous session Nirvana recorded for mtv shortly before his death, went up for auction on 26/10/19 at Julien's Auctions in America, and it was sold for $340k, making it is the most expensive cardigan ever auctioned.

I have designed and hand knitted this cardigan to be as authentic as possible. I have found a great mohair yarn to replicate the original  colour and texture as close as possible and even sourced the same buttons 

This is a must have for any Kurt Worshipers or nirvana, grunge, vintage, rock and punk fans.

Due to high demand, l am currently knitting these cardigans to order. I could never have guessed their popularity so I do not have any in stock. The leadtime varies depending on how many orders I have in the queue at the time your order is placed. My current leadtime is approximately 4 weeks. All orders are knitted in the order they are placed in, no queue jumping! However this leadtime is approx as it is only me knitting them by hand, so until I learn to knit in my sleep, its just a case of having to ask you to be patient. One plus side is that you can have it knitted in any size that suits!

Large  44”-46” armpit to armpit.  Length 28"

XL        50"-52” armpit to armpit.  Length 28"
