Pre-owned, light scuffs and scratches on green ring outside of bow, inside print in fairly good condition, with the exception of the purple tulip which has about half of the design missing. Inside green ring has light scraping and gold all around has a few scuffs. Just under 5in tall, a little over 10in wide at top, and a little under 5in wide at foot. AS-IS.
