Returns must be in resalable condition. Electrical parts are not returnable. If your order was damaged in shipping, please send us a photograph of the shipping carton & damage. If a manufacturing defect has been found within the 30-day return period, please notify us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Once the returns period has expired, any eligible warranty claims would have to be made directly with the manufacturer. Freight orders: Please inspect all freight orders for damage and satisfaction before accepting delivery. If there is an issue you must not accept delivery.
