This Dyno is made in the USA by WCM!

This Industry Quality hand dyno is Loaded with features and fits the overwhelming vast majority of shocks.

Hand dynos are a crucial tool for figuring out if everything is put together correctly. They make equalizing pressure way easier. Plus they help in making sure the shock has full travel and IFP clearance, checking for smooth motion, checking the platform and lockout controls are working and for making sure the rebound circuit is on point. Plus its great to show a customer that the shock is making a air cavitation noise, or isnt moving full travel, or moves stiff and needs a rebuild as some people dont notice it on a bike. This dyno is so easy and fast to use i would use it to take off the air can as well just in case it has air trapped behind it.

Features: This is cnc machined from 6061 aluminum. We put a quick insert handle with a oring retention for quick removal and instalation. We put a hole behind the swing arm for storage when your not using it to save space.

A customer recently asked if we could equalize pressure at 250psi as a new pretty anodized one he just bought was way to flexy to do it, he actually sold it because he said it was worthless. So we tested ours and at 250psi we could get around half travel at 120lbs force. At 300 we could get over 1/3 travel and im sure you could equalize pressure at 350 as well but neither our shock nor our gauge was able to get the high. This is a very sturdy unit!

We Concentrate on fast and easy to use so your not losing 5 minutes every time you put a different shock on. We do this by using a dovetail engagement for our blocks and trunnions with a ball spiring retainer for quick switch. Along with quick slide pins.  Everything quickly and easily just slides in and out. No unbolting stuff, no adjusting stuff. You can reconfigure for your next shock by simply sliding a few things in and out within seconds. Time is money and it doesnt get faster then this.

We have a high leverage slot and a lower leverage slot so when you dont have air you can feel the sesitivity better for platforms ect. Plus for very odd shocks it gives you options of mounting them.

We can use a high leverage ratio of 4.5-1 because this thing is built very solid. So 100 pounds down pushes the shock 450 lbs. We rate this to use at 150lbs max handle force.

We have a large 1/4" deep parts collection pocket in the front of the base, because we figure who dosent need a nice place to put something where it will be found again. This works great to place shim stacks, shock parts or just the air cap.

Then the last feature is: we put places for all the pieces so you dont have to have them laying around everywhere. If your just mounting this dyno when needed its particulary handy. Plus we labeled them so you know right where to look.

What it fits: This works with 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 1/2" and 15mm eyelet shocks. We have a 44mm trunnion with thumb screws that thread into the shock for testing. (Beware some pretty nice high$ dynos just slide a unthreaded shaft into the trunnion threded hole and then advise to chase with a tap!! I was shocked by that so we made this one.)

This also works with the Specialized brain shocks with the yolk installed

What it doen't fit: This base model dyno does not fit Trek isostrut or trek RE:ACTIV shocks. Thats all i know of so far, there could be something else im not aware of since there are SOOOO many shocks out there it would be hard to believe there are not others that wont fit, or future ones that are not thought up yet. But our platform is set up very versitile to do new stuff and have upgrades in the future.

But good news, we do have a DELUXE model for sale on ebay that fits  Isostrut and the RE:ACTIV shocks as well as a upgrade kit for this dyno to do those shocks.
