Instructions for ovenPreheat oven to 350°f. Mix meatloaf seasoning, 1.5 lb ground beef, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of milk, and 3 eggs in a bowl. Bake in a loaf pan for 40 minutes uncovered. Spread 1/2 cup of ketchup on top of the meatloaf. Return to the oven for 15 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°f |
