Selling of the Products

-I am selling my model kits from stock in the closed store.

-Pictures of the model in this list for illustration only.

Condition of the products

-All items are new, parts are sealed or in zipper bag depends on how it was manufactured.

-Box can be sealed or not sealed depends on how it was manufactured and distributed to my shop.

-All items are refundable see section -Return policy.

Quality of the products

-I sell different brands of plastic model kits.

-Some brands that I sell have world top quality, those items manufactured using up to date technology. 

-Some other brands that I sell, manufactured using short run injection molding technology. Usually, those brands produce very exotic models for professional enthusiasts who like challenge and rare prototypes.

-Short run injection molding technology can have as good as less good quality.

-Items that produced by short run injection molding technology will be noted in sale description of the particular product. If you not sure what you purchase, please contact me with questions.

Payment

-I accept PayPal only.

-Full payment must be done up to 7 business days after auction is ended or item was purchased. If I do not receive full payment in the noted period of time the order will be canceled without any notice.

-Payment for combined shipping will be made after I send you an invoice. Please avoid paying for each item separately if you plan to make a combined purchase.

Packaging

-I do my best that your products arrive to you in good order. That is why I use quality packaging materials, cardboard boxes, air bubble wrap and air bubble envelopes.

-In case of combined shipping, I can unfold one or more boxes to make the package more compact, it is not a rule that I will do so but remember less volume more save on shipping. If you purchase more than one item and don’t want them to be unfold, Please send me a massage.

Shipping and Handling

-Usually, I ship the same or next business day but I reserve the option for me to send up to three business days.

-I will ship to Canada and USA.

-Shipping is made by Airmail with tracking or without for small packages.

-Buyer pays all duties fees, please contact your customs office for more information.

-Usually shipping time takes from 1-2 weeks. Shipping time is not a rule it depends on how fast postal service and customs offices work.

-I do combined shipping to save your money, See description in section -Combined purchase.

-I charge actual shipping costs and don’t try to make money from shipping, my handling fees very low and I charge only for the shipping materials.

Warranty and Return policy

-I guarantee 100% satisfaction to my customers.

-All items can be returned if you are not satisfied with the product. You should contact me within 14 days and return the item within 30 days after you received it.

-Product must be returned in original package and sealed the same as you received it. Refund will be sent after I inspect the product. If the item will be not in original package, I reserve the right to decide to refund you a fully or partly.

-If your item was damage during the shipping, you need to open a claim in your postal office because it is not my fault. This Item can’t be returned.

-Customer pays return shipping cost.

Feedback

-Feedback is very important. It will help me to grow my sales, improve feedback scores, my services and selling experience.

-If you are satisfied with your purchase, please don’t forget to leave honest feedback.

-I will leave feedback after you send me yours.

-Please remember when you leave feedback for shipping time, the “Shipping time” means for how long took to seller to send the item and not for how long took to postal service to deliver it. I don’t have any control over the postal service after I drop parcel at the post office.

-If you feel that you want to leave me a negative or neutral feedback, please contact me and I will try to change your mind

-No refund or any other action will be taken, if you leave me negative feedback before you contact me and try to resolve your issue.

-Combined shipping calculated by weight and volume of the package

-For estimate prices you can contact me and tell me what you are planning to purchase.

-For regular combined purchase please add items to the cart and ask for invoice.
