Description
Item: Set of 4 Vintage Hand-Painted Japan Mount Fuji Saucers / Plates
Condition: Excellent; no significant issues found - one has a tiny bit of wear to the paint & tiny chip on bottom rim; one has an extra dot of paint by the bamboo & the other 2 saucers are near mint; no scratches, cracks, crazing or repairs.
Approximate Measurements: 5.5" diameter (just a bit bigger in reality)
This gorgeous set of 4 vintage saucers / plates has a beautiful hand-painted scene of Mount Fuji, with bamboo in solid Gold gilt & lotus blossoms outlined in Gold, plus another design that I'm not familiar with at all, but some have suggested that it represents the water & fish. These saucers are marked on the bottom Hand Painted Japan with 3 stars in a circle; all in green. I don't know the maker or date of manufacture, but am guessing 1920's - 1940's.
Please review the photos as they are part of the description, double check size / measurements, and contact me with questions prior to bidding - thanks for looking!

I work hard to accurately describe all items but can make a mistake. If there is a significant error in the item listing resulting in the item being misrepresented, I will work with you to resolve any issues and/or handle a return & refund. The item must be in the same condition as when sold. The buyer is responsible for the original & return shipping costs unless there is misrepresentation.

I am a retired individual that simply enjoys finding high quality merchandise at great prices then passing on the deals. Unfortunately, I can not absorb the cost of free returns, as often the shipping is more than the item costs and I have very low profit margins. If I factored in my time and gas I'd be losing money, but I enjoy the hunt and helping others.
