1. I just purchased an item from you, when will it ship?
Most orders ship the next business day (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) after payment has been received.
2. My item has been marked as shipped and I have a tracking # but it is not showing in USPS's shipping system, what's wrong?
Once a label is printed and we have staged your item for USPS to pick-up from our warehouse it will typically take up to 24-48 hours for it to show up in USPS's tracking system. If after 48 hours your shipping information has not been updated, you can contact our Customer Service Department for further assistance.

Currently, all orders are shipped through our USA warehouses by UPS or USPS and can take 3 to 7+ business days to arrive.
