It has a musical box that plays HERE COMES THE BRIDE as you serve the cake, pass pastries, gifts, etc,   it stops when you put it down. 

It stands on 3 legs. 

The musical box may be German or Swedish, it has a label Lohengrin

It measures 15” across x 2 5/8” high.
The tray is in great vintage condition, I see some rust by one of the leg screws. It is a rare Item, very unusual. Please view all pictures as they are part of the description 

The Nashco Products Co. of New York City produced serving trays from the 1920,s through the 1950's. They were used for serving drinks or appetizers to guests or as wall decorations. Nashco made circular, square, and rectangular trays, as well as bowls and vanity trays. Some Nashco trays are signed by the artists who painted them.
