ROTHBERT as the “GREAT ANIMAL”      (902V-4)

Production multi-cel set-up with effects layer, and studio seal (lower right corner).  Presented on most likely matched color copy background from this magical film!  

Imposing image spans the entire cel.  Snarling close-up with spread wings.  Images shown with and without the “green lightning” overlay. Though the scene is dark, in person, the wincing, snarled expression comes through. Layers are not stuck to one another, nor to the color copy background.

Please note: There are two vertical areas of paint separation – circled in one of the pics.  One is a .75"/2 cm vertical strand about 1.5" from the right side of the character's face and is barely perceptible.  The other is on the purple and green layers, a 3" diagonal sliver about an inch from the upper right side edge.  The top cel layer is lightly scuffed upon close inspection. The price is reflective of these.

Production codes:  24 18 R-1 (overlay), 24 18 1 (Rothbart), 24 18 IW-1 (outer wings - bottom layer)

Overall approx. 10.5x16" (26.5x41 cm), average handling unless otherwise mentioned.
