This is an OEM Honda part. This wiper motor was in my own personal car a 2010 Accord EX-L Sedan. I believe it will fit in Accords 2008-2012. Please verify for yourself.

It operates as it should in all modes with no issues. Nut and lock washer for transmission arm and mounting bolts are included.
