Koshevoi Viktor Ivanovicn (1924-2000s)
Studied at Lugansk (Voroshilovgrad) Art College,t eachers M.Volshtein. Active in Lugansk. Participant in Republican, All-Union, International and foreign exhibitions. He had a lot of personal exhibitions. His paintings are in many museums and in the private collections.
