CONDITION RANKING SCALE
S : New or new without a tag.
SA : Excellent condition. (Like New - little to no use)
A : Good condition, barely used with few to no imperfections.
B : There is a sense of overall use, with some minor damages.
C : Overall there is a damage, very noticeable scratches or dirt.
D : Junk condition in need of repair.
Please note that vintage items are not new and therefore usually have minor wear. All imperfections for this item have been included in pictures but please let us know if you need greater detail. It is of utmost importance that our customers receive quality items with the authenticity they are expecting.
Please be aware that the color of items may be slightly different because of the specs of certain PC monitors.
We ONLY sell authentic merchandise. Our goal is to strive to help buyers avoid getting fakes on the internet and allow them purchase with confidence.
■ Returns/Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, issues with import fees, change of mind, or courier mishandling. In the case we ship a different item to you or there are issues when the item arrives, please contact us so we can help resolve the issues as best possible. In very specific and certain situations, we will occasionally offer refunds after the item is returned to us.
■ Shipping
All purchases are currently being fulfilled by DHL Express and will usually take two weeks for the package to arrive.
Packages are declared as they are sold. The title of the sale and price of the purchase cannot be altered for delivery, and items cannot be marked as "gift".
All items are authentic and will be shipped directly from Japan.
NOTE: Please keep in mind your shipment may see unexpected delays once released to DHL. We will do our best in providing you fast and responsive service for any inquiries and status of your delivery.
■ Handling
We will ship within 2 - 5 business days after receiving payment. We will often hand the item to the post office within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of payment. The average handling and delivery time for DHL once they receive the package from us will be a two week time frame. Due to unforeseen delays or import processes, the handling time of the courier service may be longer than expected.
■ International Buyers Please Note:
- DHL will likely have to pay import charges based on your location, tariff laws, or how your country handles VAT costs on e-commerce purchases. In the event of unforeseen or steep charges by local customs agents when the item arrives, the item will instead be returned and a refund will be given. This is to ensure that the customer and seller are not burdened by additional fees.
- Customers may choose to pay additional import fees to complete the delivery at request. This request MUST be made prior to the item being returned.
- Logistics services for customers clearance for all shipments from Japan and being shipped to the United States are shipped as Delivered Duty Paid "DDP". These incurred costs will already be included in the items listing cost.
