It's tested and functions as expected. We drilled a few holes in wood and metal during our testing. It has a chuck key included. It's showing wear. The case is scuffed/scratched throughout and has some odd paint on it. No cracks or missing screws. It has a Jacobs Multi-Craft chuck. The chuck has light oxidation on it but functions as expected. It does not have reverse. Only forward. The cord appears to be the original. It has an area that is covered with electrical tape. It has odd paint on the cord also. It does not have a ground tab.
