Banana Republic Factory woman's blue popover blouse.  Blouse has a round neck, short sleeves, and is done in a really pretty light blue and red leaf print.  It not longer has fabric content tag but I believe it's made of 100% polyester.  Blouse is a woman's size medium.

Blouse is preowned in beautiful condition. No flaws.
