This set is arguably the most complete and most accurate set of Bible Stories ever written for children. 

John F. Kennedy's and Queen Elizabeth's children grew up on the sets.  The set has been accepted by denominations of all faiths.  Cecil B. DeMille, director of THE TEN COMMANDMENTS, thought that if Uncle Arthur had done nothing else with his life, his writing of this ten volume set would have justified his existence in the world. 

Ten million copies sold in the author's lifetime. 

This set is USED, but in EXCELLENT condition.

eBay doesn't have the option to select EXCELLENT, so rather than to select LIKE NEW, the next best option has to be selected, which is VERY GOOD, so it seems that VERY GOOD is EXCELLENT in eBay's ratings.
