• There are main blade and auxiliary blade design, the main blade is suitable for cutting stainless steel, auxiliary blade is suitable for cutting plastic film; The main and auxiliary blades can be adjusted according to the diameter of the pipe to prevent too high or too low damage to the pipe; In addition to the main blade auxiliary blade, there is a rubber wheel, which can add ink in the ink sac to draw lines on the pipe, and has the function of drawing lines.

• The pipe is placed in a groove design, suitable for cutting pipes of different diameters, the minimum cutting of 10mm pipe diameter, the maximum cutting of 35mm pipe diameter.

• There is a small object storage box in the front of the machine, and accessories, sundry and so on can be stored at any time, saving space and beautiful design.

• There is a portable handle on the top of the machine, which can be moved easily and saves time and effort.

• It is equipped with a bracket, which can be lifted next to the pipe when cutting the pipe, and can be adjusted at any time according to the width of the pipe, which is convenient and labor-saving.

• Handle Adjustable

   1. The handle is used to adjust the height and low of the cutter. When the diameter of the cutting pipe is different, the height of the handle should be adjusted accordingly.

   2. When the pick on the handle is turned upward, the left handwheel is rotated upward, and the cutting blade is adjusted upward. On the contrary, when the pick on the handle is turned downward, the left handwheel is rotated downward, the cutting blade is adjusted downward. The handle must be adjusted down 45° to cut, and the handle should not touch the device. If the handle is adjusted too high, the cutting will be heavier and slower.

• Screw Adjustable

   1. The screws on the top of the rack are used to adjust the pressure of the left and right blades of the cutter

   2. Blade tooling: Screw downward adjustment, spring pressure increase, cut the thick coated tube; On the contrary, the screw is adjusted upward, the spring pressure is relatively small, and the pipe with thin plastic coating can be cut. The spring pressure only needs to be adjusted to cut off the plastic coating film, so as not to cut the pipe with too much pressure.

   3. Rubber wheel tooling: Cut the bare pipe, ink in the ink bag can be drawn on the stainless steel pipe line, to prevent the pipe fittings are not inserted in place and crimped water leakage.

• Cutter Tooling Adjustable

   1. The blade on the cutter tooling can be adjusted left and right, because the thin wall stainless steel pipe and the mouth length of the pipe fitting are different, so our tooling is also adjusted according to the mouth length of the pipe fitting.

   2. Tooling left and right are marked with scale, if adjusted, the left and right should be relatively adjusted. How large the pipe is cut is adjusted to the length of the finished pipe fitting.

Returns & Exchanges

▲ All  returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be  in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with  the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged  items, depending on the condition.
▲ Items  returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be  covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be  deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase  price will be charged.
