This listing is an upgrade service for 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 MacBook Pro 13-inch Unibody models. Model numbers for all of these is A1278. If you have a 15 or 17 inch model, message me and we can discuss options for those models.

The price includes the cost of parts and labor as well as ground shipping back to you. I will use either FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on price and location.

You are responsible for initially shipping the MacBook to me, address will be provided after payment. Do not include your charger or any other accessories, just the Macbook. Please pack it safely, I am not responsible for any shipping damage that occurs during the shipment to me. Please remove any firmware or EFI passwords.

I source new or like-new parts for these upgrades. I prefer Samsung SSD's and Crucial Memory, although the brand may change based on availability. 

Note* The 2009 MacBook Pro models can only have a maximum of 8GB RAM. The 2010 and newer can have 16GB. 

SSD upgrades will result in a new install of Mac OS, I won't be transferring any files from the old drive to the new one. Please backup your data before shipping your MacBook. I will return the original HD untouched after replacement. Old RAM will not be returned, this helps me lower the cost for you. I will install the latest compatible version of Mac OS supported by your MacBook model, unless you message and tell me otherwise. 

I will replace any missing bottom rubber feet as well as bottom case screws free of charge

My goal is to have your MacBook in the mail back to you 2-4 days after I receive it. 

Macbook must be in working** condition. this is not a repair, just an upgrade. If your computer has the flashing folder icon this will fix that.
