All we need from our customers are the measurements for your custom jacket, as listed below. Please see the pictures for size reference.

Measurements for a custom jacket. 

  • Make sure to use a soft fabric tape measure.
  • Stand up straight with your arms at your sides.
  • Keep the tape measure snug but not too tight.
  • For the chest measurement, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
  • For the shoulders measurement, measure from one shoulder seam to the other.
  • For the sleeves measurement, measure from the shoulder seam to the middle of your wrist.
  • For the waist measurement, Measure your waist circumference by wrapping a tape measure around your middle at the level of your belly button, making sure the tape measure is snug but not too tight.

    • It is best to take your measurements with just a thin T-shirt on, so that you can get an accurate fit. However, if you are more comfortable taking your measurements bare-chested, that is also fine.

We offer a variety of jacket lengths, depending on the style of the jacket and the customer's preferences. We can also customize the length of the jacket to your liking, depending on the design.

Payment Method: 

We accept only eBay payment method.

Shipping:

  • We ship our products within the stated time.
  • We ship every order via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box Numbers.
  • Every product will be shipped within the mentioned time, or we will notify the buyer about any delay.
  • A tracking number will be provided after shipment.
  • If your item size is not in stock, it will be shipped directly from our global manufacturing facility and delivered to you within eBay's estimated timelines.

Return/Refund

  • Problem with the order inform us within 24 hrs, Via eBay Messaging
  • Returns/Exchanges/refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery of the item in original condition.
  • Let us know by (eBay Messaging), so that we expect the item back.
  • Postage/Shipping charges will not be refunded and buyer will have to pay for return shipping and for replacing delivery charges again (in case we are faulty then we will pay return and replacing delivery charges)
  • In case of replacements, you will pay delivery charges both for sending back to us and delivery charges for your replaced jacket.
  • We are not responsible if your returned item is lost in the post nor we will refund until we get our item back.
  • Any physical damage will not be refunded. we will hold the item until postage is paid to send it back.
  • If we don't hear from you within 30 days we will discard the item.
