This is so much nicer than pictures show. The dress is navy blue on top. The bottom is  layered with gold design. Zip up back closure. Sleeveless. Chest measures 20 inches from armpit to armpit and is 40 inches long. The bottom of dress with gold design and flare is 23 inches long. This is great for evening wear, cocktail dress or formal occasion. Excellent condition.
