They're all in used condition and show signs of wear.

The (Defective) 19oz Gray/Silver The joint pin is bent so bad that the stick is wildly skewed when put together. Maybe it can be straightened out, idk.  Also, it has a loose/gnarled/off center tip (should be an easy fix).  This cue is in rough shape. 

The (Defective) 19oz Black Mizerak has a slight misaligned shaft/joint connection.  (See photo)
